Bio Calendula Lip Care Set

The skin on the lips is exceptionally thin and has no sebaceous glands. As a result, it struggles to retain moisture on its own and is easily dried out by frost, wind, dry air and sun. Licking your lips also quietly adds to the problem – saliva evaporates and takes moisture with it. It's best to care for your lips regularly, not only once tightness and cracking appear. This set divides care into two consecutive steps: the scrub prepares a smooth lip surface, and the balm follows with nourishment and protection. Both products share calendula and sea buckthorn oil. Together, they help keep lips soft, supple and protected from drying out.

• Organic Nourishing Calendula Scrub 120 ml: fine sugar crystals remove dry flakes and dead cells and smooth the lip surface. At the same time, the scrub cares for your lips: organic almond oil nourishes them, organic jojoba oil hydrates and protects, and calendula macerate soothes. They are complemented by sea buckthorn oil and vitamin E. Afterwards, lips feel soft, smooth and pleasantly revitalised and are ready for further care. The scrub smells of orange and calendula and is also suitable for the face and whole body.
• Bio Calendula Repair Lip Balm 4.8 g: a new product that follows the scrub with nourishment and protection. Its base of beeswax and shea butter forms a delicate protective and caring film on the lips. Calendula macerate soothes irritated and chapped lips, and sea buckthorn oil supports their regeneration. Sea buckthorn also gives the balm a natural orange hue – but it doesn't tint the lips, leaving only a subtle natural shine. Macadamia oil together with vanilla extract softens the lips, giving them velvety smoothness and a sweet scent. The balm is ideal for everyday protection and nourishment of the lips, and thanks to its delicate vanilla scent and no tint, the whole family can use it.

Step 1 – Scrub: Apply a small amount of scrub to your fingertip and gently massage your lips. The sugar crystals remove dry flakes and the caring oils nourish the lips.

Step 2 – Balm: Apply a thin layer of balm to your lips. You can reapply it several times a day, whenever your lips need nourishment and protection.

Before make-up: Treat your lips to the scrub before applying lipstick. Smooth lips without dry flakes make a better base for make-up.

Evening ritual: In the evening, after the scrub, apply a thicker layer of balm and leave it on overnight for more intensive care. A thicker layer also helps during the day when your lips are very dry and chapped.

TIP: The balm is water-free, so it won't freeze on your lips. Keep it handy in the mountains, on winter walks and in dry air-conditioned spaces. You can also use the scrub from the set for your face and body.

STORAGE: Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. If the balm softens in the heat, let it set again somewhere cool.
